    Illegal Border Crossings On Pace To Top 1M This Month

    More than 1 million illegal crossings of the US-Mexico border will have been attempted over the first seven months of 2021, preliminary data indicates — proving yet another one of former President Trump’s predictions of a massive surge in illegal immigration should Biden enter the White House.

    While US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have yet to release the official number of border encounters that took place last month, The Washington Examiner reported calculations estimating the total at 188,000, an increase of just over 4 percent from the 180,034 apprehended in May.

    Should this number be confirmed, it would be the most border crossings of any June in at least 21 years.

The next resident of the WH and Congress had better have the balls to start deporting wholesale. The rats cannot be allowed to destroy this country as they obviously are attempting to do. It’s do or die now.

Unfortunately, as things are going and with amnesty just around the corner, the next resident of the WH will be a DEM with a DEM super majority. 

Sorry, but the reality of the matter is Trump had a super majority his first two years and failed to both build the wall and declare a complete moratorium on immigration into this country.  He waited until the very last minute of his 2nd year in office, a week or so before the new congress was sworn in to even attempt to get funding for the wall.

Simply not true. You need to google Trump border wall and read up on the chronology of the project.

@libertybele this is just wrong. Trump took office January 20, 2017. On January 25, 2017, the Trump administration signed Executive Order 13767 directing use of existing federal funds to begun construction while other sources of funding were sought. The administration began accepting bids in March 2017, by September prototypes were being built. Early 2018 contracts were signed and construction began in SD in June 2018.

You're blaming Trump for special interest lawsuits and congressional gamesmanship concerning continued funding. As someone else said, he's not a dictator & had to work within the system. But its just flat inaccurate to imply he dragged his feet on this.
