I see your point. But just for the sake of argument let's say this man is not a political donor but is a patriot that is concerned about illegal immigration and the affects on the entire country. I don't know if Noem was planning to send troops (as other states have) prior to his donation or not. Do you?

I'm for financing and building the wall by any means possible.
I don't care HOW it's done, so long as it's done.

The same goes for protecting the border as it is now.
If it takes "soldier-mercenaries" to do it, again, I don't care HOW they're financed.
