Massachusetts Legislative Committees Consider In-State Tuition, Driver’s Licenses, Non-Citizen Voting

Committees of the Massachusetts state legislature have been busy in the past few weeks hearing in-state tuition, driver’s licenses and non-citizen voting bills that give significant new benefits to illegal aliens at the expense of the state's citizens and legal immigrants.  However, the committees have yet to vote on any of these bills.

In the past, similar bills have passed out of committee but have not been considered by the full Senate or House. While they would likely be vetoed by Governor Charlie Baker (R), the question remains whether the legislative chambers could muster the two-thirds supermajorities needed to override a veto.

Business as usual for liberal Dem state legislators in Massachusetts.  Back in the days of Governor Michael Stanley ("The Duke", "Il Duce") Dukakis, Massachusetts state agencies (motor vehicles, welfare) would assign false Social Security Numbers to illegal aliens so they could receive driver licenses and welfare benefits.

This push to coddle illegal aliens to the detriment and expense of state taxpayers is an almost annual occurrence.  Unfortunately for the bleeding heart liberal legislators, illegal aliens would occassionally inflict bodily harm upon law-abiding citizens (stabbing, shooting, drunken driving, drug dealing) and lose sympathy among the unwashed masses.

Back in the 1990s, a Massachusetts state trooper and a Massachusetts Reigistry of Motor Vehicles employee conspired to issue driver's licenses to illegal Domincan immigrants who used forged Puerto Rican birth certificates and dead people's Social Security Numbers.

No documentation issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts should ever be trusted as proof of identification.
