Historically civilization is based in castes... Even ours, based in Greek and Roman systems... And historically, even now, the disposable lower class requires replenishment, as it is hard on them folks,,, So to preserve the lifestyle of the upper classes, that lower class necessarily is added to from time to time... Regardless of intelligence or natural abilities, all men are created equal, endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, among these Life Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is no attempt to say all men will have equal ability, motivation, or outcome, but that in the eyes of their Creator, they all have the same Rights.
That does not mean that they will stay equal, in any way, or that they had equal abilities from the onset, it just means all have the same God-given Rights.
