That doesn't narrow it down much. Boy Jorge was known for his love of coke (the powdered kind),but you can bet he took the occasional toke.

We don't even need to speculate about Obomber or Bubba.

And Biden doesn't need it. Might not even notice it if he smoked it. Weed can't alter your thinking if you are incapable of thinking.

Had me until the plea for helping the less fortunate.  I figured the $1.8M in federal income tax I 've paid in my lifetime has taken care of that.
