Federal judge rules SpaceX must comply with DOJ subpoena of hiring records

A U.S. judge ruled on Wednesday that Elon Musk’s SpaceX must comply with a Department of Justice subpoena for the company’s hiring records, opening the door to a federal probe into the company.

“Respondent SpaceX is ORDERED to comply in full with the subpoena within 21 days,” U.S. judge Dolly Gee wrote in the order.

Gee’s court reviewed the case over the past two months, following SpaceX’s objection in April to the recommendation by another federal judge that the company should be forced to comply with the subpoena.

The court’s recommendation in March stated there are “several” investigations into the company, and rejected SpaceX’s argument that the subpoena constituted “government overreach.” Gee’s court accepted those findings and that recommendation.

There just ain't no polite way to say what is behind this,so here goes.

The alleged Justice Dept is doing this because NASA just can NOT complete with private companies like SpaceX because of affirmative action hiring policies.

Musk hires the most qualified people he can find,regardless of skin tone or AA degrees,and the results are obvious.

TOO obvious to a PC Presidency.

BTW,I have NO doubt that Musk would be more than happy to hire black engineers if education today were the level playing field it is supposed to be,but isn't. Some people are just not ALLOWED to flunk out,and they get the same diplomas as melinin-impared white kids who have dreamed of being rocket scientists all their lives,and worked their asses off.

Do to mandatory hiring quotas today,there are people being hired in management positions all over the country who might as well have sent $4.99 to a paper mill advertising on the back of a comic book,and got their engineering degree that way.

This is the truth,we all KNOW it is the truth,but it dare not be uttered in public without being attacked by the PC Police.
