Tucker Carlson Rips Biden Admin Response to Claim of NSA Spying on Him

As we previously reported, Tucker Carlson claimed last night on his show that he’d found out the NSA was spying on him.

Now the NSA is only supposed to target foreign threats and foreign entities. So any spying targeting an American would not be legal, as Carlson noted. He claimed that a whistleblower tipped him off that the NSA was monitoring his communications and demonstrated proof of that with information that could only have come from his private communications.

“It’s illegal for the NSA to spy on American citizens, it’s a crime. It’s not a third-world country. Things like that should not happen in America,” Carlson said.

Naturally, it came up as a question with White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki today.

    “Tucker Carlson said that the NSA is spying on him. Is the administration aware of any espionage or listening efforts on US citizens by the NSA, and is Tucker Carlson one of them?” a reporter asked Psaki.

    “Well, the NSA has, I think you are well aware, everyone’s aware, everyone on this plane is aware, I should say, is an entity that focuses on foreign threats and individuals who are attempting to do us harm on foreign soil,” Psaki replied. “So that is their purview, but beyond that I would point you to the intelligence community.”

In other words, the definition of what they’re supposed to do, but not a denial. Go talk to someone else, she’s not going to comment.

Tucker Carlson then responded to that tonight.

I’ll allow that this headline might miss the mark with many of our more regular readers, who are anything but surprised at the revelations coming out of Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s show this week.

But for the rest of you, it might be just what you needed to see.

And for those of you who’ve missed perhaps the hottest topic in American media and politics this week, a quick explanation: on Monday, Carlson had a bombshell revelation to pass forward. It seems that he was contacted by someone he calls a “whistleblower” at the National Security Agency (NSA) who told him that agency intends to chase him off the air by leaking his emails, texts, and other communications.

Carlson’s interlocutor backed that claim by repeating information about a story Carlson’s team is working on, which, he said, could only be obtained by looking through his personal texts and emails.

Hope Carlson stays on this like a dog with an old shoe.

Not that he should expect any help from our judicial system, they will not lift a finger. He needs to do it just to draw the public's attention.

 let me tell you something I know from experience: if the NSA was reading your texts or emails (unlikely), there are ONLY two possibilities:
1) The person you are emailing/texting is an agent of a foreign power -or-
2) A FISA court has determined YOU are

Seriously, let's go through the possibilities:
1) There is no such "whistleblower," in which case, Tucker is crazy or manufacturing the entire story, and should promptly be fired by @FoxNews   
Or...

2) There is a hoaxer or crazy person claiming to work at the NSA who suggested this, Tucker failed to properly vet that person, and ran with it anyway, in which case he should promptly be fired...
Or....

3) Tucker's coms *were* intercepted as he gathered info from a foreign IO or agent, in which case he unwittingly is acting as an agent for that foreign power, and should promptly be fired...
Or...

4) Tucker has been deliberately acting as an agent of a foreign power, leaving enough evidence for the FBI to convince a judge at the FISA court to authorize a wiretap (which the NSA somehow had to implement), in which case, he should promptly be fired...
Or...

5) There's a vast conspiracy against Tucker inside DoD which illegally tapped his phone (despite all the controls) but they trusted a person who likes Tucker - and since it would be really close hold, Tucker has now outed this person... And should therefore promptly be fired...

By the way, I have talked to many, many people who believe the government taps their phone. They also believe they are being followed by black SUVs and black helicopters, and they used to call regularly into the FBI complaint line from their mental institutions...

  This idiot probably was close friends with Comey. Trust the FBI, though.
