Joe Biden’s BLM Nominee Pushed Population Control, Defined American Children as ‘Environmental Hazard’

Tracy Stone-Manning, President Joe Biden’s nominee to be director of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), described American children as an “environmental hazard” while advocating for slowing U.S. population growth in her 1992 graduate thesis.
The Daily Caller reported on Stone-Manning’s thesis, titled “Into the Heart of the Beast| A case for environmental advertising,” after which she was awarded a master of science degree in environmental studies. Her thesis, however, amounted to public policy recommendations for the University of Montana described as “environmental education.”
Stone-Manning called for an advertising campaign to lessen procreation among Americans, ostensibly towards “environmental” ends. She produced a sample poster deriding a shirtless child as an “environmental hazard.”
Her political advertisement asked in its header, “Can you spot the environmental hazard in this photo?” It included the following response:

The earth is only so big, and we can tap into it only so often. In America, we tap in often and hard.

On average, each of us gobbles the same energy as 3 Japanese, 13 Chinese, and 499 Ethiopians. When we overpopulate, the earth notices it more. Stop at two. It could be the best thing you do for the planet.

Tracy loves trees, but people, not so much. Her master’s thesis at the University of Montana includes the legend: ‘We must consume less, and more importantly, we must breed fewer consuming humans.’
She went on: ‘The point is a simple one. Harshly . . . the earth can’t afford Americans.’ She argued that Americans should have no more than two children. She is skeptical about raising cattle and believes that livestock should not be permitted to graze on public land as they are ‘destroying the West.’
In 1989, Stone (the hyphenated Manning came later) was investigated about her involvement in incidents of ‘tree spiking,’ an illegal method of preventing trees from being logged by the insertion of metal spikes into their trunks.

The rabid radical enviro-nazis,tell you that our children are pollution,because with democrats they have the upper hand. Reality is they see nearly all humanity as a planet pollutant and they want the planted cleansed of the pollution, and they do mean nearly all people. People refuse to take them seriously,until they are driven into camps, camps where people enter and do not leave and the furnaces never shut down.

I may be wrong,but I am GUESSING that there HAS to be a paragraph in her thesis that exempts black and brown children from her program.

For those who don't know,steel spikes in trees and chainsaws don't "play well together" in trees. The usual result is seriously injured or dead chainsaw operators.
This ain't theoretical. It is as real as it gets,and an act of terrorism when done purposely.
