35-year-old retired Staff Sgt. Wesley Black has terminal colon cancer that his doctor says is linked to breathing in toxic fumes from burn pits used while serving in Afghanistan. CNN's Brianna Keilar reports on the effort to end their use and protect US military service members.

IMO the VA is going to play the waiting game in the same way I've heard they did with Agent Orange before they actually address this situation.

I'm on the registry and worry all the time what weird ailment I'm gonna get and find out it's related to the burn pits I was exposed to in Somalia Iraq and Afghanistan.
