Biden’s IRS Targets Texas Christian Group Because the Bible is “Affiliated with the Republican Party”

“The [Internal Revenue Service] states in an official letter that Biblical values are exclusively Republican.”

President Joe Biden is continuing President Obama’s practice of discriminating against Americans because of their religious beliefs.

Biden’s Internal Revenue Service has recently withheld tax exemption status from Christians Engaged, a Texas nonprofit that “exists to educate and empower Christians to pray for our nation and elected officials, vote, and be civically engaged.”

The reason for the rejection: IRS Exempt Organizations Director Stephen A. Martin accused the organization of “prohibited political campaign intervention”—their “illegal intervention” being educating Christians on what the Scriptures say about national issues.

And, according to Martin, “Bible teachings are typically affiliated with the [Republican] party and candidates.”

“You instruct individuals on issues that are prominent in political campaigns and instruct them in what the Bible says about the issue and how they should vote,” Martin wrote in a May letter to the group.

“For example, you educate believers on national issues that are central to their belief in the Bible as the inerrant Word of God. Specifically, you educate Christians on what the bible says in areas where they can be instrumental including the areas of sanctity of life, the definition of marriage, biblical justice, freedom of speech, defense, borders and immigration, U.S. and Israel relations,” Martin continued.

“The bible teachings are typically affiliated with the [Republican] party and candidates. This disqualifies you from exemption under IRS section 501(c)(3).”

Associating the Christian faith with the Republican party seems like sacrilege, but on the other hand I'm delighted to have persecutors like the rats.
