Iowa Passes Law Barring ‘Discriminatory Indoctrination' by State & Local Governments, Schools

owa’s Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds recently signed into law a bill that bans the teaching of Critical Race Theory by state and local governments, school districts, and public post-secondary educational institutions.

The new law says state and local government agencies or entities and public schools “may continue training that fosters a workplace and learning environment that is respectful of all employees.”

However, the law bars training that teaches or promotes “stereotyping, scapegoating, or prejudice toward others on the basis of demographic group membership or identity.”

Further, the law defines “race or sex scapegoating" as “assigning fault, blame, or bias to a race or sex, or to members of a race or sex because of their race or sex, or claiming that, consciously or unconsciously, and by virtue of persons' race or sex, members of any race are inherently racist or are inherently inclined to oppress others, or that members of a sex are inherently sexist or inclined to oppress others.”...............

Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
