Biden Gets Confused Mid-Sentence During Remarks at EU-US Summit

It’s not a good thing to have to watch Joe Biden being incoherent on the world stage.

As I wrote yesterday, Biden was three hours late for his NATO press conference yesterday, keeping 100 members of the press waiting. Then when he finally showed up, he only spoke for about twenty minutes and only took five questions from pre-selected reporters.

When asked about Putin, he seemed unable to respond at first, looking like he was listening intently for an answer to help him or trying to remember an answer he’d been drilled on. But either way, it was embarrassing and concerning.

This guy is the embodiment of the rat party - completely without direction or a sense of purpose. The only time he shows life is when he's ranting about his political opposition.
