McConnell warns he's willing to intervene in 2022 GOP primaries

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) warned on Monday that he and his allies are willing to step into Republican Senate primaries to try to prevent a candidate they view as unelectable in November 2022 from advancing.

McConnell, during an interview with conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt, was asked if he and the Senate Leadership Fund, an outside group closely aligned with the Kentucky Republican, would be willing to intervene in 2022 Republican primaries.

"If necessary," McConnell told Hewitt about their willingness to get involved in Republican primaries.

"There's no question that in order to win ... you have to appeal to the general election audience," McConnell added. "I'll be keeping an eye on that. Hopefully we won't have to intervene, but if we do, we will."

Like when he stepped in and helped the Rodents make racist robo-calls to get Rodents to vote in the runoff in Missouri to keep an old RINO crony in the Senate?

THIS is what's wrong with America, today.

Gotta get rid of not only the Old Boys Network, but the Old Boys.

Time for new blood.

Time for American blood in the Senate.   If that means a short time where people vote against the RINOs and help the Rodents win elections, so be it.  The RINOs have to go.

If voters in the states are so stupid as to continue to allow the DC establishment to tell them who they can choose to represent them in congress they richly deserve what they get!

This is why Mitch has to go. While some of his work in stopping the Leftist agenda has been good, this kind of interference in elections taking place in states that are not his own is antithetical to the concept of the American Republic.

Correct Mitch has to go? Where? He has been a winner of voter fraud for years in KY. And the R are dumb enough to elect McCarthy Speaker? Then you have 2 anti TRUMPERS if TRUMP should run and win. TRUMP out their campaigning against  a few RINO Chumps that voted against him. Meanwhile he is ok with McCarthy and Mitch and what does he do with them if he would win again???? this is true of the self-annointed leaders in both parties.

And it's been going on for lifetimes.

I recall Senator Alphonse D'Amato, NY, interfering in an election and arranging to have a fellow useless RINO paired against a drunken carpet-bagging Harridan from Chicago via Arkansas, and he naturally lost by a gigantic margin because he was incapable of treating the carpet-bagging harridan like the alien invader she was.  His real problem?  He was RINO like T'Amato and thus a socialist just like Hillary, losing the American vote in the rest of the state.
