Ripping up highways, bringing down barriers, so everyone can mingle together. That’s what Biden and Buttigieg appear to want. I bet their vision for a climate friendly future even includes evening singalongs in the new parks which stretch where gasoline powered automobiles once raced down highways, like a permanent carnival where children can play and adults build bonds with other members of the community, over coffee and vegan snacks.

An ideal breeding ground for mugging by the ghetto rats  as they graduate from pick-pocketing, up to smash and grab rape and murder.  It sounds beautiful on paper, which is usually when the shooting starts.

To be a leftist is to forever have the cart before the horse.

Leftists wanted to "get people out of their cars" and into mass transit, so they reduce available parking downtown.

They want to stamp out petroleum, so they close pipelines in favor of Warren Buffett's BASF rail tankers.

They want to grab all privately owned firearms, so they restrict the manufacture and sales of ammunition because they can't ban the guns outright (yet).

The list goes on and on.  They want to change a behavior they have no right to control, so they make it difficult to procure what's needed to exercise that "undesired" behavior.
