We reported earlier about how Kamala Harris’ tweet today, in the middle of the Memorial Day holiday weekend just completely missed the point of the holiday.

She apparently needed a reminder of what the purpose of the holiday is, that there’s a reason for that “long weekend” that her tweet completely leaves out: to remember those who gave their lives in the service of this country. Yes, we’re all likely going to spend time with friends and relatives. But we’re also going to remember. That’s something the people who pretend to be our leaders really should recognize and care about. She got “ratioed” because of her utter disregard for the day and seemingly making it all about her. But even so, she didn’t post a supplemental tweet to correctly recognize the holiday, at least not as of this writing.
Joe Biden had one light and fluffy tweet about himself today.
