Chemicals, Chemicals, Chemicals.

We have a government that is obviously not protecting the people in this country.  And as leader of the world in more ways than politics, the use of chemicals throughout the world is destroy fertility.  And I am sure there are other factors too, but chemicals are at the top.

Possibly. I also blame woke culture, feminism, and porn. Young men are opting out.

I think I would have used warped, didn't the anime character Sailor Moon always become naked when she transformed? And there really is a perversion towards young uniformed school girls. Maybe it's me, maybe I just don't get Japanese culture.

Maybe its more nuanced than that.  Perhaps it's a symptom of some species-wide population control mechanism.  One that, once the population on average reaches a certain density - the limit of which can vary from place to place - the species as such throttles back the reproductive urges enough to put a check of sorts on the risk the population will exceed the ecosystem's carrying capacity.  It could be a very gentle, nuanced system that isn't self-evident at first, but that has the effect of lowering the rate of population increase.
