Something remarkable is happening in America.

You can see it by looking at the forensic audits happening in Arizona, Georgia and New Hampshire. Many more audits are surely on the way.

Americans are finally seriously questioning the results of the 2020 presidential election. The lightbulb has gone off. Americans are no longer afraid to say out loud that they think the election was stolen

That is why the National Republican Congressional Committee just announced the greatest April fundraising haul ever.

That is why the latest Washington Examiner poll reports enthusiasm for Republican candidates in the 2022 midterm elections is ahead of enthusiasm for Democrats by double digits.

That is why the latest Democracy Corps poll of battleground states finds President Biden's approval among independents at only 34%. Democrats win only 17% of independents in these swing states on a generic ballot.

The power of wishful thinking. Yes, Biden is a corrupt, addled, senile, incompetent fool, but he is still over 50% in many polls.
In short, Root is deluding himself that the majority of Americans see through Biden.

Agree it is wishful thinking.  But the hard reality of a socialist economy (stagflation) is about to hit, and there will be no more stimulus checks to buy off votes.  By November 2022 I think Biden's chickens will have come home to roost.

It may be 'wishful thinking' now, but it won't be for long.
Once gas hits $5 a gallon or more, bread goes to $10 (if you can find any), milk goes to $10, and on and on, which is on the way, then you will see 'real' unrest in the streets. There is a reckoning coming. We are just not quite there yet.

Biden and his anti-America Communist gang have only just started. It has only been a few months. Give it six months more and watch what happens.

In six months inflation will be double digits, unemployment will have run out, there will be wars across the globe, crime will be rampant and unpunished (no police and liberal judges), and the whole scheme will implode. Which is exactly what they are aiming for.

My opinion is, "normal" people (being those who do not study politics every day), do not know what is happening with government as Biden is not on TV every day as Trump was.  Likely, the "normal" people enjoy the peace they feel Biden has brought to their everyday life.  I, therefore, do not believe Root's assessment that Americans have turned against Biden, for the reasons I listed.

It is likely many of these "normal" people will not vote in the off year (not a presidential year).  Also, historically, more Republicans vote in off years than Democrats.

Those are so reliable.

I recall all those polls predicting some drunken hate-filled Mao-loving planking harridan was going to win the election, the first time Trump won the election.

Then polls were saying that some demented racist goonion stooge with a mattress-backed whore was going to win but Trump won that election, too.
