@corbe
@libertybele

"Dated: September 2020
New York, New York"

Upon a copy of a lawyer's records being given to Mary, a suit was filed against "DONALD J. TRUMP, in his personal capacity, MARYANNETRUMP BARRY, and the executor of the ESTATE OF ROBERT S. TRUMP, in his or her capacity as executor."

   Trump's Lawyer selection is another one of his character flaws.  Do you ever catch yourself asking how long Rudy can stay out of Jail?  I do.

@corbe

I think that, too. Trump's lawyers tend to go to prison.

Business lawyers are different that play-the-public lawyers... And his have kept his a$$ out of hock for many years... I suspect his defenses IRL will be wicked good.

Never going to happen. Our election was stolen from under us and very few did anything and it was the DEMS that protested in order to make Trump look bad. That insurrection of course is now being investigated ... bogus investigation, giving the DEMS ample time to destroy any evidence that points their way; just like the Russian collusion investigation.

What did the appx. 75,000,000+ people do that voted for Trump?  Not a darn thing.

I don't think that's entirely true @libertybele .   We were quite vocal until the Socialist. GOP and media shut us down.  They've put the fear of God in most Trump supporters taking away our freedom of speech, freedom to peacefully petition our government, freedom of association and for quite a few, freedom, period.

We're stilll here.  Crowds are growing expotentially for the Matt Gaetz/Marjjorie Taylor Greene "America First" Rallies.  The man, himself, returns to the rally circuit next month.  We've been laying low --- but we're here.   888blackhat

Don't forget, the "Stop the Steal" grassroots rallies... Supporters turned out in support of Trump in November 2020 in DC (and across the nation).

This from Jan 6--

And, this is just part of the crowd listening to the President's speech on Jan 6---not near the Capitol -- that the media doesn't talk about:

Roamer, apparently it's hopes and wishes from both Trump's friends and foes.
Trump, at 75, is going nowhere of any worth; yet his Apostles are rigidly oblivious.
Anyone hinting his name w/anything less than adoration is cursed and dammed in a raging frenzy, standard behavior from the unhinged.
It's typical of the bias of the present yet wait till he's gone, when he won't even merit a comma in the record of history.
Repeating, among our first 5 we choose Jefferson, Madison and Monroe; now we choose the likes of Trump; which says volumes about us!!!

@Absalom

Trump lives in your mind 24/7,doesn't he?

I hope you're right @Cyber Liberty , but tell me how you figure that?  Seems to me they would, at most, simply lose in court, and become heroes to the established media and Ds in the process.  Fawning profiles of the fearless prosecutor, relentlessly following the evidence wherever it might lead, with the obligatory stern-faced, arms-folded photo, that sort of thing.
Every time a pothole opens up, every bridge that fails, traffic light that doesn't cycle, missing sign, stretch of road with faded markings, bus that doesn't run, etc., will be the legacy of "infrastructure" funding diverted to take the heat off the politicians who put people in nursing and extended care facilities to infect and, ultimately, kill thousands, by focusing public resources and attention on yet another Trump witch hunt.

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
