I have a better idea! Since WHO and the UN were significant contributors to Covid becoming a pandemic, take the UN's entire budget, including WHO's, and buy the vaccines.

China owns WHO.

China caused the virus.

How about if China buys the excess vaccines from their owners and gives them to the poor countries?

Or isn't helping the poor what socialism is all about?
