Legal Experts: Trump Voters May Be Barred from Jury in Mollie Tibbetts Murder Trial

As jury selection began Monday for the trial against an illegal alien accused of murdering 20-year-old University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts, legal experts say supporters of President Trump who remember his remarks on the murder may be excluded from hearing the case.

In August 2018, Cristhian Bahena Rivera, a 25-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was charged with the murder of Mollie Tibbetts after police said he admitted to confronting and chasing down the young woman.

Following a nationwide search, Tibbetts’ body was found in a cornfield in Poweshiek County, Iowa. The illegal alien lived in a region of Iowa surrounded by sanctuary cities, Breitbart News reported. He worked on a dairy farm using a stolen ID and Social Security card after allegedly crossing the U.S.-Mexico border as a child.

A day into jury selection, legal experts who spoke to the Associated Press (AP) said a number of factors may shut out potential jurors — including those who supported Trump and remember his remarks on the murder where he called Bahena Rivera an “illegal alien,” among other comments.

Those who have posted opinions on social media about the highly publicized case will also have a problem serving. Female runners who were terrified by the crime and changed their routines are among the others who may have a hard time fairly judging the case.

What if Trump voters just did what democrat do all the time during jury selection..........lie just like they did in the Chauvin trial jury selection?
Are the legal experts expressing opinions as to why Biden voters may be barred from the trial for their pro illegal alien prejudices?

The assault against those that support Trump is getting damn old.  I would gladly serve on this jury and send this MF to hell.  The fact I support Trump has zero to do with my thoughts on justice.  If the evidence is there to convict, I say execute the MF the next day after sentencing. Now that is f(*&ing justice, something we have not seen in this corrupt nation in many decades.

Why did it take two freaking years to bring this typical illegal alien to trial?

Had he been tried, convicted and dispatched in a timely manner, the taxpayer could have saved over $100,000 to keep this alleged maggot.
