    Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called the January 6th MAGA riot at the US Capitol 'an all-out attempted coup'
    She said colleagues still traumatized and it's affected policy making
    Comments came after the House passed a bill that would create a commission to investigate the January 6 MAGA riot, with a vote of 252-175
    Thirty-five Republicans defected from leadership and voted in favor of the bill that would create a bipartisan commission with subpoena power
    House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy came out against the bill Tuesday, followed by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on Wednesday 
    'I beg you to pass this bill,' said Republican Rep. John Katko, who had negotiated with Democrats to get the bill finished
    Katko received applause on the House floor for saying the legislation was dedicated to members of the Capitol Police and their families
    Earlier, an un-official letter from some members of the Capitol Police circulated shaming Republicans for not wanting to investigate January 6

The liberals live revenge/get even, like a strict severe  religion.  Democrats tried to overthrow Trump with a Coupe attempt that started before his term in office and after even to today.  Get even justifies attacking the innocent because they are accosted for what democrats did.  Guilty or innocent is all the same to them, except when they want to posture being victims, even falsely so.  That's how they live the bizarre is perfect everyday living.  Fits well with BEAST MENTALITY.

What they do not understand (a result of groupthink and marching in lockstep, cadence called by their echo chambers) is that the average American has just as much capacity to ignore their pronouncements and decrees as they have to ignore the Constitution and decency.

It is ironic, too, considering their contempt for the law has led to Americans' contempt for their "law".

Had Americans come to perform a coup, I doubt she'd be commenting on much from her cell.

The swamp rats pretty much own the three legs of the federal government and certainly own the bureaucracy lock stock & barrel.

The only thing they have to fear is US and the entire 1/6 circus is intended to make anything we might try to make ourselves heard - the ol' assemble and petition for redress of grievances thing - illegal.

Eff them. That is the last thing we have available which might enable us to keep our Constitution and our republic.

If HB1 passes assembly and protest will be the only way half the country will be able to make itself heard. Don't think AOC isn't aware of this.
