Cheney: McCarthy should 'absolutely' testify before Jan. 6 commission

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) should “absolutely” testify before the commission that was made to look into the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

“He absolutely should and I wouldn’t be surprised if he were subpoenaed,” Cheney said in a preview clip of her interview on ABC News’s "This Week" that will air Sunday.

“I think he very clearly and said publicly that he’s got information about the president’s state of mind that day,” Cheney added.

Liz is looking more bitter with each passing moment.  I half expect her to start shouting "I will burn this village to save it!"

Give it another few weeks and she'll be taken outside and fitted for a lovely white jacket.

She's off the leadership team but still a congressional representative ..... until her primary next year.  Then she's done.
