Rocket alert sirens wailed across Central and Western Israel as Palestinian terrorist groups fired a massive barrage of rockets towards Israel from the Gaza Strip on Tuesday night.

The most recent barrage has targetted most of Israel’s west coast, according to data from the Israeli rocket warning system Red Alerts – Cumta.

The barrage has targeted multiple major cities such as Ashdod, Ashkelon, Rishon LeZion, Or Yehuda, Yehud-Monosson, Savyon, Tel Aviv – Jaffa, Bnei Brak, Givat Shmuel, Givatayim, Herzeliya, Kfar Shmaryahu, Petach Tikva, Kiryat Ono, Ramat Gan, Ramat HaSharon, Ra’anana, Hod HaSharon, Bat Yam, Holon and Mikveh Israel.

Iron Dome is a brilliant application of current technology, mixing/matching/interfacing existing systems with just a dash of new stuff to make the recipe right. Israel did it again. Congrats to Israel and its American team mates. NOTE: America has deployed Iron Dome as C-RAM. You don't hear much about it because its designed to defend fixed sites like cities. Thank God we don't have to defend our cities yet. But when and if we must, C-RAM stands ready.
