Unhappy states consider census lawsuit to stop new political map

I say lets do a recount and not include illegal aliens. It's not right that States with a high number of illegal aliens get more congressional districts than States that don't promote breaking the law.

Counties/states need to know the number of people in an area so new roads, water, gas, power can keep up with the number of people living there.  Companies, such as grocery stores need to know how many people live where.  The number of bodies count no matter what color/size they are.

Andrew Carnegie determined how much steel to produce in any given year by counting the number of Philadelphia smokestacks emitting smoke.  He didn't need the government to do it for him.
