There's a case of voter's regret going around as it relates to Gascon...recall effort has begun. 

But it's not like he was some kind of great mystery.  All anyone had to do was enter his name into a search to see what he is about.  His replacement in SF is even worse, if that's possible. 

The previous DA, Jackie Lacey, got bounced thanks to BLM and a well-timed incident at her home where her husband was videoed using a firearm to deter some pieces of garbage rioting on her door step.

I just hope his decisions don't end up affecting me and others who live in neighboring counties but travel into LA Co.

SF has had a string of political morons as DA: Kammie, Gascon, and Boudin.

Unfortunately, one county's refusal to prosecute criminals pretty much always hurts surrounding counties. Marin, CoCo, San Mateo, and Alameda Counties are more dangerous for SF County's DAs. (SF is both a city and a county)
