Sled dog growled:
"She's not in the position of a Jumping Jim Jeffords, scum bucket from Rhode Island"

Ummm... Jeffords was from Vermont, as I recall.

What was the vote (R v DCP) for Cheney last time around?

Whether she stays or goes will ultimately be up to the Wyoming voters.
What if she wins the primary there?

My guess is enough of them will vote for her to get her re-elected.

I live a long way from Wyoming.
But if I lived there, I wouldn't vote for her again. Even if that means losing the seat.

But again, there are many, many, many "rote-vote" Republicans who will...

Well, how about being positive?

They need to put their money where their mouths are.  Money talks, bullshit walks.

The corp. donor class hates America First. They will lose their favorable treatment in the tax code and in govt. regulations. The Chamber of Commerce signaled their disdain for the Pub base when they started supporting Rats.

If we don't start making a commitment to donating directly to our reps who fight for America First there is no chance we will win this fight. What will happen is a bunch of corp. backed Pubs will run claiming to be America First believers and a lot of them will win because of their advertising. Once in office they will sell us out to their corp. backers and the base will wonder what happened.
