New video, apparently from a surveillance camera across the street, conclusively justified the shooting of Ma'Khia Bryant in Columbus, Ohio.  A tweet from Matt Walsh has already garnered well over a million views, with the video and audio revealing the murderous intent and the heroic rescue.


Yet the left is trying to make her into a sainted martyr.  Yesterday, the sidewalks in my local Berkeley neighborhood shopping district were covered in chalk drawings demanding that we remember her name and abolish the police.  The idiots with chalk got their inspiration from the highest level of Democrats.

Update: The Washington Post shamefully ignores reality and portrays Bryant as "just an all-around good person."

I completely support the cop in this case.  He might very well have saved the life of the girl being attacked.  It's instructive that the headlines all read "Cop kills black teenager," which is much more inflammatory than "Cop saves woman from knife attack," which is what actually happened.

Nonetheless, this was a troubled 16-year old foster kid, probably typical of hundreds of thousands of kids in this country who personify the socialist state.  She was not quite at an age where her life could be considered her responsibility.  She was the product of a lot of failed institutional programs.  I am very saddened by that.

It's too bad we can't kill the programs that created her as easily as she was killed.

As long as one political party/political movement is empowered by these programs that’s sadly never gonna happen
