1) it is already illegal to sell a firearm lower receiver (The lower part that needs/has the serial number) so that EO is useless.
2) Everyone is required to undergo a federal background check before purchasing a firearm whether it is a pistol or a rifle, so this is based on a lie.
3) Red flag laws already exist in every single state and the District of Columbia. So this is just redundant feel good B.S.
4) Touchy feely useless waste of money.
5) The ATF already releases several reports of this nature.
6) He is a vehement Anti Gun person, enough said.
Here are some real suggestions:
1) Direct The DOJ to begin a formal investigation into The "Fast and Furious" operation initiated under your former boss, which illegally sent guns into Mexico and resulted in the death of a federal officer. Require that Obama testify under oath as to his part in it. Require the same of Eric Holder and Janet Lynch. And while we are at it testify yourself under oath.
2) Have the DOJ open a full investigation into your son, Hunter for his lying on a federal form that allowed him to be illegally in possession of a firearm. Include Hallie Biden in that investigation, since she supposedly disposed of the firearm.
3) Open an investigation into the Secret Service agents that supposedly covered this incident up.
4) Investigate who sold your son this firearm.
