1) Should have been postponed after the civil settlement with the city

2) Should have been moved out of Minneapolis

3) Jury should have been sequestered from outset

4) Alternatively, the judge's instruction should have been stronger

Exactly. The chance to do something about the upheaval and racial tension was months ago.

I don't live in the inner city, but after today, I no longer feel safe. I think it's just a matter of time before we see a civil war.
