Senators Demand Intel Records on Hunter Biden's Dealings with CCP-Linked Chinese Firm
CEFC China Energy paid Joe Biden's son approximately $6 million for 'consulting'

Republican senators are demanding that the Biden administration hands over intelligence records detailing Hunter Biden's multimillion-dollar business dealings with a Chinese energy firm with links to China's ruling Communist Party (CCP).
On Wednesday, Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson called on admin officials to release the records over concerns about CEFC China Energy's ties to the Chinese military.
Grassley and Johnson warn that it is “imperative†for Congress to understand the relationship between the Biden family and the now-defunct energy conglomerate.
The senators made the call in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and Avril Haines, the director of national intelligence.
Between August 2017 and September 2018, CEFC China Energy paid Hunter Biden approximately $6 million for "consulting and legal services," according to a report that Grassley and Johnson released last year.
Banking regulators flagged some of the wire payments from CEFC to Biden for “potential criminal financial activity,†the report revealed.
