Illegal Immigration for FY 2021 Already Surpassed Total 2018 Levels

The crisis at the border is breaking bad records at an alarming rate. “So right now, we’re about a hundred percent over where we were this time, this last fiscal year. We’ve already surpassed in the first four months of this fiscal year. We’ve already surpassed all of 2018. If the flow continues at the rate it is here, by the end of this fiscal year, we will have surpassed ‘18, ’19, and ‘20, all combined,†said the interim chief of Border Patrol’s Tucson sector, Josh Modlin.
This administration took a dramatic turn away from the approach taken by its predecessor. Instead of an America first ideology, it is clear that President Joe Biden puts America last. And Americans are feeling the punches.
In the first five months of fiscal year 2021, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encountered 322,940 migrants at the southern border. In January alone, CBP apprehended 64,858 single adults, a 156.6 percent increase from January 2020.
