I suspect that when it comes to Jews,the fact that they were hated/resented everywhere they went ended up being to their advantage because it caused them to stick together and to help each other out.
Actually, you have the cart before the horse, there.
Where ever the Jews migrated to, they did what immigrants everywhere do, and clustered in relatively closed communities and did business among themselves. But they also rejected exogamy, and kept their daughters to themselves, and they worked hard, had solid values, and appeared to judge others by their own standards.
This had the natural effect of both increasing their wealth, and hence their power, in the community, and of infuriating the locals.
Standard human nature takes over and the resentment is not going to be based on an admission of jealously. No, the locals are going to dislike them for being aloof, and they couldn't have gotten wealthy honestly (which they usually did, unless they were movie moguls). And besides, they murdered Jesus, didn't they?
Not that I'm condoning any of that, I thought the arguments against the film "The Passion Of the Christ" were absurd. But that's basically where anti-jewishness (Arabs are semites, too...) comes from. Philip Wylie in "A Generation of Vipers" explains it more eloquently.
Same with Asians to a certain degree.

The white and black mans biggest failings seems to be related to their "Bleep YOU,ME first!" attitudes they have to everyone,including their own relatives. Never mind hating people from other races,they hate their own relatives and try to hold them back. It's all seems to be about "Me,me,ME,DAMMIT! with most whites and blacks.
I have no idea where the history behind this attitude came from or when it developed,but it sure hasn't helped either group.
The blacks have been told, repeatedly since turn of the last century, that they are oppressed by the whites. The Democrats doing all the oppressing are also white, but don't mention that to anyone, nobody has noticed yet.
The whites are expected to quit whining and work for what they get.
This is what America was founded on, after all.
We just need to make the blacks more like white people.
It's not like anyone owes them a living, cuz we don't.
