Joe Biden Again Travels ‘Home’ During CDC Travel Restrictions

Joe Biden Again Travels ‘Home’ During CDC Travel Restrictions

Wendell Husebo 4 Mar 2021

Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked on Thursday if President Joe Biden should set a better example about personal travel during the pandemic, as he plans to fly to Wilmington, Delaware, for the weekend again.

“The CDC does still urge people not to travel for personal reasons,” the reporter prefaced, “but should the president be doing more to set an example about personal travel during the pandemic?” the reporter asked.

“The president lives in Wilmington. It’s his home. It’s where he’s lived for many, many years. And as you know, as any president of the United States does, he takes a private airplane, called Air Force One to travel there,” Psaki responded.

No, CircleBack Girl, his freakin' home is supposed to be the White House. And flying Air Force One is not exactly like booking a private jet with Netjets. Dozens, if not hundreds, of people are involved when he takes a trip.

Just as an aside, a person with dementia can get very agitated when there isn't consistency in his living situation. Constantly shuttling Joe back and forth between the White House and his home in Delaware, getting on and off the plane, could cause some problems.

Wilmington ain't that far up the Northeast Corridor from DC.

Amtrak (which is running at FAR under capacity right now) should set aside a few cars to become biden's private train. It could have him from Union Station to Wilmington in about 90 minutes or so...

Joe created the image of just a regular guy riding the train to work during his decades in Congress. So why not continue doing it?

They are openly admitting that Biden doesn't belong in the White House.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."
