But I can provide links to generation data from specific power plants showing production well above 60% of the rated capacity.  It is a lot of data to dig through and getting it in presentable form is more effort than I want to do now.

I'm not sure what the limits are in other states, but from what I've read, fossil fuel power station in Texas are limited to 60% of their total generating capacity. Can't remember if that's an edict from the DoD or the EPA.
