The Supreme Court majority sides with Lin Wood and Sidney Powell after hearing their cases regarding fraudulent  ballots, etc..

SCOTUS' decision makes those State election results null and void and a new 'Special Election' with photo-ID required and Absentee ballots notarized.

President Trump wins those States in a landslide.

There's a chance for somebody to grab American History by the neck here.  Who will step up?

Chief Justice Roberts?   Come on, Judge... this could be your Churchillian moment!!   A Mount Rushmore moment.

Read just today that Steve Bannon says that President Trump should become Speaker of The House and Impeach Pres. Biden.

The SCOTUS is never going to rule in Trump's favor.  Never. All things considering, things are fairly calm right now even though SCOTUS refused to do their job when they were needed.  Biden has been sworn in.  Damage is done and the country is left with a bogus election, and an impeachment that should have never happened.

As usual, the DEMS get away with their shenanigans and the GOP sits idly by while both McConnell and Nancy side step the Constitution, speaking with a mouth full of marbles and spewing absolute garbage. They are disgusting as well as Pence, Mittens, Murkowski, Collins, Burr, Cassidy, Sasse, and Toomey,

In a nutshell, replace both McConnell and Pelosi and Congress would be a better place; both of them are despicable.

The Court wouldn't do that.

If the plaintiff's suits are successful, the most the Supreme Court will do is declare that the states in question did not comply with the Constitutional requirement that the election laws and procedures be determinant upon laws passed by the [respective] state legislatures, and that those instances where the executive branch unilaterally modified such procedures and/or laws were unconstitutional.

But "overturn the election"?
No way.

I agree 100%.  The remedy ship sailed 1/20/21.  What SCOTUS  might do is declare many laws were broken, and instruct the recalcitrant states to fix it.

But there is no way they would declare the election invalid. Nope.

This should NOT be swept aside.  This was nothing short of a Coup.

And should be reported and covered as such.

You're not overturning it.

You're calling a mulligan and redo (with ID enhancements) to see who our rightful leader is.

Even with a 2nd Impeachment, he would destroy Biden/Harris and they KNOW it.

If Biden got that many votes, he should be able to show us where they are.

I agree with you; a coup or coups have been going on for quite awhile.  No, this shouldn't be swept aside and that's not what I was implying.  However, who is going to hold people responsible when the SCOTUS has already blinked and turned the other way?  IMHO the swamp includes SCOTUS and most everyone on down.

There is no more accountability and the DEMS haven't been held responsible for anything in decades; none of Trump's AGs had enough integrity to do their darn jobs; they blinked and turned away as well.

The GOP is DOA.  SCOTUS is useless. The ballot box is broken.

IMHO you cannot build on a party that is already in crumbles.

Sorry, there's no constitutional provisions for a do-over, the time to prove the case was before the electoral college voted. Biden would have to be impeached and removed.

If fraud is revealed then people should go to prison.

@Weird Tolkienish Figure

You're absolutely right!

I understand that the Court can only throw it back to the States to correct it, based up the evidence presented by Lin/Powell,
but that act be itself, establishes that States had no right to change election law and/or ignore same, unilaterally.

A Strong message by the People will demand that the Election be redone, with ID enhancements.  IOW, no early voting or absentee bullshit.

Winner declared by midnight.  We'll accept the outcome.

Of course, I'm dreaming.... but it's the right thing to do.
