Somewhere out there, there's an amazingly sinister story to be told about what happened in the series of events on Jan. 6 leading up to impeachment.

Because fresh after the slapdash, failed second impeachment of President Trump, the New York Times has withdrawn the rawest element of its story, the anonymously sourced claim that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick was killed by one of President Trump's supporters who hurled a fire extinguisher at him. Trump, recall, was declared "a murderer," for it, with "Trump's legal exposure questioned" for it, as USAToday reported.

Here's how bad that New York Times retraction was, as reported by Red State:

    UPDATE: New information has emerged regarding the death of the Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police.

    Julie Strong at American Greatness has been aggressively pursuing this story for weeks, and two days ago she published a column that noted efforts by media outlets — including the NYT — to slowly back away from narrative created by the early reporting done by the NYT and acknowledging that the cause of Sicknick’s death was still undetermined.  (We’ve also reported on CNN’s about-face here.)

39 or 40 days after his death, the WashDC coroner (or whoever is handling the investigation) has not released Sicknick's cause of death. Are they that freaking incompetent?! Or are they silenced by politics?

The WashDC coroner has also declined to do another potential service which, whether or not they know the cause of death, they could do. The WashDC coroner could simply state that Officer Sicknick had no signs of blunt force trauma - something easy to determine. The WashDC coroner is declining to do that as well, so they are being silenced by politics, whether within the coroner's office or from "above" (e.g. the Mayor of DC or House Dems).

So, the only person intentionally killed was Ashli Babbit, shot by a heretofore unknown (and assumed to be police) person inside the Capitol.

It did not take 24 hours to find out who was involved when George Floyd died, nor any of the Left's 'martyrs' for rioting, looting, and destruction. What's the holdup?

You know... you'd 'think'.... that enough people would be connecting the dots, putting 2+2 together, and concluding that the leftist media and the Democrats are lying SOBs.  I mean, it's been proven over and over again, without a doubt, and is crystal clear.  Yet still....

The corrupted wicked loathe the truth, and love injustice.  Like i said repeatedly, the so called jan. 6th riot was a democrat invented crisis and as many of the recent crisis inventions they milked it to the max.  How many months or years must pass by after the next invented crisis before the clueless get a clue ? ? ?
