If a prosecutor tried to bring this case against President Trump in a federal court, it would be laughed right out of court

So instead we have Congress launching a political impeachment against a private citizen

That's a bill of attainder - and unconstitutional

Kind of interesting that the House Managers keep using that term "January Excpetion" and "Framers", considering the the Inaugaration date was March 4, until 1933.
