Biden Makes A Big Change To Immigration Policy
We all knew that if Biden became president then our immigration policies would go through some drastic changes. Trump was trying to keep us safe by properly vetting migrants that wanted to come here and increasing border security to prevent those unwilling to abide by our laws. But Biden is against doing what is necessary to keep us safe. So he has set out to undo most of what Trump has accomplished and has even gone as far as to pause all deportations with a few exceptions.
"The pause in deportations, which begins Friday, is part of a review and reset of enforcement policies within Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agencies as the Biden administration "develops its final priorities," according to a DHS statement.
