FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
January 20, 2020

ACCEPTANCE ON BEHALF OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

I, Joseph R. Biden Jr., President of the United States of America, having seen and considered the Paris Agreement, done at Paris on December 12, 2015, do hereby accept the said Agreement and every article and clause thereof on behalf of the United States of America.
 
Done at Washington this 20th day of January, 2021.

One of President Trump's many mistakes.

Rather than "withdrawing" from the scam, Trump should have ordered all funds allocated to comply with the scam to be frozen until the Senate ratified the treaty as the Constitution requires, and then formally submitted the treaty to the Senate with the recommendation that it not be ratified under any circumstance.

The GOP is not the party leadership.  The GOP is the party MEMBERSHIP.   The members need to kick the leaders out if they leaders are going the wrong way.  No coddling allowed.
