Dems Shift Focus To Climate Boondoggles: ‘Thinking In Very Ambitious Terms’

paris accord protestDemocrat lawmakers plan to use their status as the majority party in both the House and Senate to focus on climate-related issues, a top priority of the party’s far-left members, admitting that they are now thinking in “very ambitious terms.”

Rep. Kathy Castor (D-FL), chair of the House Select Committee on Climate Crisis, said the makeup of the Senate, House, and White House — which will all be led by Democrats — will force different conversations with the hope that progressives can take legislative action on climate-related issues.

“Now the conversations are a little bit different,” she said, according to the Hill, adding that Democrats are “now thinking in very ambitious terms.”

The more "ambitious" they get, the worse it's going to become for us.

I forsee:
- $10 gallon gas by the summer of 2022.
- Natural gas prices skyrocketing, perhaps with some customers cut off.
- The banning of natural gas for any new home construction, perhaps with fines for EXISTING customers who won't voluntarily convert to electric.
- Banning oil-based heat in new construction. Perhaps also forcing homeowners who heat with oil to also convert to electric.

An older northern home with oil heat may not have the capacity to convert to electric without upgrading the power service all the way to the utility company transformer.
