COVID Truth: Florida Has Fewer Cases of Virus Than California with Far Fewer Restrictions

One of the biggest lies – and there have been many – told by the ‘establishment’ media and their Democrat benefactors during the COVID-19 pandemic is that ‘red states’ are suffering the most because most of their citizens are hicks, rubes, malcontents, and science deniers.
Those crazy ‘anti-maskers’ refuse to socially distance and stay indoors and out of gyms and bars because they ‘don’t care about others’ and have a ‘death wish.’
Plus – they’re just ignorant.
In fact, two of the biggest states, one red and one blue, are definitely dealing with the virus’ spread, but one – the red state – has done a much better job protecting citizens, as evidenced by fewer cases per 100,000, and its governor and local leaders achieved that lower infection rate without major lockdowns and silly, unenforceable mandates.

FL did go through a lock down period that proved to do more harm then good and the truth is that 'they' are just now allowing nursing homes to have visitors. We have more elbow room here then a lot of states, but we still have social distancing mandates in stores, churches, banks, restaurants, movie theaters, bars, gyms, doctors offices, libraries, etc., temperature checks, mask mandates, and visitation to hospitals have been cut again.
Our biggest hurdle right now is because of tourist season and we are getting a lot of people from states that are locked down so our COVID numbers are escalating rapidly.
We'll see how DeSantis holds up after Trump leaves office. I'm hoping that he's able to take the heat and pressure from the new administration. I have no doubt that they are going to go after him BIGLY.
