I don't think the rats can get 60 votes in the Senate..but I may be wrong.. 
They need 67 to convict, 60 is to cut-off debate (and thus move legislation in the face of a threatened filibuster -- as an asside, they really should go back to making people actually filibuster.) The question is: are the 17 GOP senators who are either sick to death of their party being enthralled by Trump or have presidential ambitions for 2024, and thus would vote to convict (as conviction not only removes from office, but disbars from holding any Federal office in the future)?
