For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16
I will NOT comply.

No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

How God must weep at humans' folly! Stand fast! God knows what he is doing!
Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Did that, too. Took the test on a '76 FXE and passed first try.

Did that, too. Took the test on a '76 FXE and passed first try.

I did as well.  I got pretty familiar with the back roads around town.  Then, on the Sunday before the Monday I was scheduled to take the test, I was out back doing some last minute practicing, and I looked in the mirror, and here comes a sheriff's car, with lights blazing.  I pulled over and got ready to be read the riot act - I've never had good luck when getting pulled over - but he raced on past me like I wasn't even there.

Then, five minutes later, I'm on a different road, and here comes the same sheriff's car, lights still going.  I pulled over again, and he flew by, again.

Finally, on a different road, that happened again, the third time.  So I decided that I'd had more than enough practice and was just tempting fate.

The next day, I rode to the DMV, and took the test - and passed - funny thing though:  nobody bothered to ask me how I managed to get the bike there, seeing as I was on my own.
