@Kamaji I can't think of anything more relaxing that a sunny day sitting on the beach,and watching and listening to the tide roll in and out.
Of course,this is impossible today on most beaches in warm weather. Too much distracting noise. You can do it on almost any beach in the winter,though.
Winter may even be the best time. Winter beach walkers tend to be people who consider a nod and a brief "Hello" to be an entire conversation.
