MINNEAPOLIS: Looks like a justified shooting by police of a Somali Muslim thug who fired at the officers first

According to Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo, witness statements indicate the suspect, Dolal Idd, fired at officers before officers returned fire. In the SLO MO version of the video, the driver-side window in the suspect’s car is seen shattering to the outside first, as he began shooting at the police from inside his car.
CAIR–Minnesota today called for an independent and transparent investigation of an incident, claiming the video is inconclusive. CAIR’s Jaylani Hussein said, “We also are outraged after learning the terrifying home raid that could have resulted in tragedy.†According to the family of the deceased, the police entered their home late last night. They were handcuffed and had their house searched, and they were only informed of their son and brother’s death at the end of this encounter.
