Biden officially clinches Electoral College votes with California certification

President-elect Joe Biden formally clinched the number of Electoral College votes he needs to take the White House next month after California certified its election Friday.

California Secretary of State Alex Padilla (D) certified that the state is assigning Biden its 55 electors after reviewing the election results, pushing his total to 279 — nine more than the 270 he needs to be elected president.

The result of the Golden State’s election was never in question given its dark blue hue, and vote certification is often a quadrennial formality that never raises eyebrows, but the milestone for Biden this year comes as President Trump launches an array of legal challenges to overturn the election results in key swing states before they are finalized in an effort to subvert Biden’s win.

The electoral college has yet to meet, in case you haven't noticed. So the election of a President has yet to occur.

I also refer you to the Constitution which does not give power to the voters of the states to select a President.

A President is selected by receiving the majority of electors chosen by the states, voting in proportion to their Congressional representation.

The state selects the President, not the voters as you apparently succumb to believe.

Every state's congress where there is a question about the legality of the election, should investigate and find where there was/is fraud, and fix it, whatever has to be done. 

Every citizen in a state with questions about their election, should write their State Representative and State Senator and the Secretary of State and the State Election Director who works under the Secretary of State, and insist there is an investigation if they want to keep getting money donations from the public. Write these letters to all these people every three weeks.  Millions of letters will, eventually, cause these officials to do the right thing.
