Why is collusion among more than one state necessary? It's quite possible the only collusion is a shared desire to get Bad Orange Man out of the White House by any means necessary. It appears the goalposts are mobile.
Interior to a state (which is its own sovereign self) prosecutions and convictions will ensue... And ballots will be negated as they try to fix it for themselves. The remedy within each state is to nullify their own election, which tosses that state to its legislatures to select electors - Which has nothing at all to do with the other respective states... So the electors are remedied and it is not enough to overturn the election. Unless you can pull that off in 3 to 5 states (or something like that), which is a crazy long play.
Tie enough states together in collusion, like Dominion does... Those state elections all being under the control of a single entity... That being the case, ALL the states effected by the fraud are tied together, which is certainly enough electors to overthrow the election... Which puts it in the scotus, the entire election being nullified, and all states respectively fall back to their legislatures on the order of the SCOTUS to pick their electors. And the physical election goes forward one way or another.
