Cuomo Calls SCOTUS Smackdown Of Limits On Religious Gatherings "Irrelevant"

The Supreme Court dealt a blow to tyrannical governors who have seized sweeping new powers under the pretense of a public health emergency.

In a ruling that came down late Wednesday, the nation's highest court smacked down New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's harsh restrictions on the allowable size for religious gatherings.

In the 5-4 decision which once again saw George W. Bush appointee John Roberts siding with the leftists, the message was sent to Dem governors that the Constitution isn't suspended for COVID.

Writing for the majority, Justice Neil Gorsuch delivered a stinging rebuke to Cuomo:

“It is time — past time — to make plain that, while the pandemic poses many grave challenges, there is no world in which the Constitution tolerates color-coded executive edicts that reopen liquor stores and bike shops but shutter churches, synagogues, and mosques,”

Can the media now and once and for all, NOT call John Roberts a conservative justice?

The injunction may or not be immediately relevant, but the reason for granting it will be guidance for other and future cases. It's a grenade down his and other goobernors' outhouses.
