New York City to add COVID-19 checkpoints at bridges, crossings

New York City will add COVID-19 checkpoints at certain bridges and crossings to enforce quarantine restrictions ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Sheriff Joseph Fucito said Tuesday that among the actions authorities will take is conducting spot checks on passengers stepping off out-of-state buses.

Fucito said testing and tracing teams will be scattered throughout the city to direct people to testing sites and educate out-of-town guests about quarantine restrictions.

A whole new slant on "ver are your papers".   So, are only Trump supporters (and da Jews) to be deemed "positive" and in need of quarantine?

Ironic... that these same idiots want "open borders" for the entire nation.

This has gotten out of control. Here in Houston, they have announced that they are going to send people out "randomly"? to take blood samples.  This summer I had a dental appointment. I had to call them when I arrived and the receptionist came out to take my forehead's temp. It was too hot as they were only about 6 neighborhood blocks away from my house. My truck's AC didn't even blow cool in that short hop. They quarantined me in their empty waiting room for about fifteen minutes. They wouldn't even let me sit down. Tested me again and it showed fine.

Wondering how that's going to work out ... we have checkpoints at various different places on the holidays; especially New Years Eve to check to see if people have been drinking .... but COVID???
