The far left isn’t only happy about the possibility of former Vice President Joe Biden becoming the next president, they are also salivating about the thought of how they will begin their attempts to destroy President Trump if he leaves the White House. Trump might be facing a slew of legal attacks if he does not win the election, and you can best believe that progressives will come at him with everything they’ve got.

According to 9 News, “Mr. Trump is currently facing multiple investigations looking into possible fraud in his financial business dealings as a private citizen – both as an individual and through his company.”

As president, Trump has been protected from legal action. But if he is no longer the president, his enemies will pounce on the opportunity to try to drown him in litigation.

“In every regard, his leaving office makes it easier for prosecutors and plaintiffs in civil cases to pursue their cases against him,” said Harry Sandick, a former federal prosecutor in the Manhattan US attorney’s office.”For example, he is claiming a higher protection from subpoenas in the criminal cases and also in the congressional subpoena cases, [and that] is based largely on the fact that he is president.”

Democratic lawmakers have suggested forming a team to investigate Trump and his allies if he were to leave office. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), who looks like Dexter, has proposed creating a “Presidential Crimes Commission” made up of prosecutors who can investigate “those who enabled a corrupt president.”

So the democrats want to out McCarthy, McCarthy? At least there was factual basis in McCarthy going after the communists, what the democrats want to do to republicans is more along the lines of what that former Austrian dude was trying to accomplish with a religious group around the time of that second world war thingy.

i don't see what political good this would do the Democrats;  it would be easily seen as fascist and reveal to all their true colors.  But they'll do it.   Which is why control of the Senate is so important.

Leftists are going to destroy Trump whether he remains in office or not.  They already have their evil plans drawn up and can not wait to execute them.  Their plan is also to destroy him after he leaves office.  They are an evil bunch.
